RestaurantAn opportunity has arisen for a Head Chef to lead the kitchen of a popular restaurant in London, which is part of a reputable group.The restaurant has an all-day dining menu and serves seasonal Italian/Mediterranean cuisine using the finest ingredients, everything is produced in house. Youd be leading a kitchen team of 15, overseeing services of up to 150 covers + PDR functions.The Head Chef will be responsible for managing the GP, ordering, stock control, recruitment and development of the junior Chefs.
