Leading a brigade of up to 15 Chefs on the rota, the Head Chef will be tasked with managing the team, creating delicious and seasonal menus. The offering is a dynamic and informal dining experience featuring a cold deli, freshly made pizzas to order and a selection of meat, fish and vegan dishes.The site is open Monday to Sunday, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. At peak, the restaurant will serve 1000 customers per day. This role is a 5 out of 7 contract, which involves both evenings and weekends on a 45-hour contract.
