A soon-to-launch, independent kitchen rooted in one of Londons most iconic cultural institutions. Led by a passionate founder and creative visionary, this project is about bringing

home-style Cantonese food

to life in a polished, presentable, open kitchen environment.This is

a chain. Its a family-feel team, run with intention.Flavour-first, seasonally evolving, and designed for sharing. Youll join a core opening team with big plans

from intimate private dinners to future chef collabs and events. Expect steamed dishes, clay pots, magic soups... and a kitchen culture where egos dont fly.What Youll Get Up To:

Lead a

tight-knit team of 10 , including sous chefs, CDPs, and KPs

Own all kitchen ops:

rotas, GP, stock, training, compliance

Work closely with the founder to

learn, replicate, and evolve

a personal menu

Support

seasonal changes

(34x a year) and launch new lunch offers

Create a clean,

open-kitchen environment
