As an MBA graduate, you will oversee all aspects of Private Equity Insights, including building and leading a world-class team, and executing the conference strategy to ensure brand success.Ideal candidates possess strong leadership, excellent communication skills, high ambition, forward-thinking, and a drive to inspire teams. You should thrive in a fast-paced environment and aim to scale the company rapidly.Responsibilities

Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team.Build an ecosystem and deliver outstanding products.Set clear expectations, establish goals, and provide ongoing feedback and evaluations.Implement strategies swiftly and effectively.Enhance the company’s brand as a hub for inspiration, knowledge, and networking.Plan, execute, and complete conferences within timelines and budgets.Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure project objectives are met.Identify opportunities for business expansion with existing clients and collaborate on new client acquisitions.What We Offer
