Retail Insights is part of United Media, which focuses on building large-scale industry media and conference products in sectors such as insurance, HR, private equity, retail, and more. To date, we have organically launched 8 media companies and acquired one.

The OpportunityAs an MBA Graduate, you will run, grow, and manage all aspects of Retail Insights. Your responsibilities include building and leading a world-class team, ensuring the successful execution of conferences, and implementing the brand''s strategy.

Responsibilities

Recruit, build, and develop a high-performing team.

Build an ecosystem and deliver outstanding products.

Set clear expectations, establish goals, and provide ongoing detailed feedback and performance evaluations.

Execute the strategy swiftly and effectively.

Develop the company’s brand as the premier platform for inspiration, knowledge, and networking.

Oversee planning, execution, and completion of conferences within designated timelines and budgets.

Assign tasks to team members across departments, monitor progress, and ensure objectives are met.

Identify opportunities to expand business with existing clients and collaborate with business development teams for new client acquisition.

Requirements

Over 4 years of experience in high-speed, high-work-ethic environments such as management consulting, investment banking, top-tier corporations, or startups.

Bachelor’s degree with outstanding results, potentially followed by an MBA.

Strong commercial awareness and a passion for business.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Valid UK, EU, or US work permit.
