To date, we have launched 8 media companies organically and acquired one.The OpportunityAs an MBA Graduate, you will oversee all aspects of CFO Insights, building and leading a world-class team to execute our conference and brand strategy successfully.You should possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, be highly ambitious, forward-thinking, and driven to inspire your team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and aim to scale the company rapidly, this role is for you.Responsibilities :Recruit, build, and develop a high-performing team.Create an ecosystem and deliver outstanding products.Set clear expectations, establish goals, and provide ongoing feedback and evaluations.Implement strategies swiftly and effectively.Develop the company’s brand as a hub for inspiration, knowledge, and networking.Oversee planning, execution, and completion of conferences within timelines and budgets.Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure project objectives are met.Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships and collaborate on new client acquisitions.What we offer youWork onsite at our London HQ (near Sloane Square), with opportunities for growth and international conference travel.
