The OpportunityAs an MBA Graduate, you will manage all aspects of SetSales, including building and leading a team, and executing our conference and brand strategies.

This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, ambition, and a drive to work in a fast-paced environment to scale the company rapidly.

Responsibilities

Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team.

Build an ecosystem and deliver outstanding products.

Set expectations, establish goals, and provide ongoing feedback and evaluations.

Execute strategies swiftly.

Develop the company''s brand as a hub for inspiration, knowledge, and networking.

Oversee conference planning, execution, and completion within timelines and budgets.

Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure project goals are met.

Identify opportunities for business expansion and collaborate on new client acquisition.

Requirements

+4 years'' experience in high-speed, high-ethic environments (management consulting, investment banking, top-tier corporate, or startup).

Bachelor''s degree with excellent results, possibly followed by an MBA.

Strong commercial awareness and business passion.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven track record of delivering results.

Valid UK, EU, or US work permit.
