ProGroup Recruitment are working with an established fire protection contractor to recruit an experienced Passive Fire Site Supervisor to oversee fire door installation, maintenance and fire stopping works across London. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Passive Fire Supervisor with a strong technical background in fire doors and compartmentation, who can effectively manage site operatives, maintain compliance standards and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard. The role As Passive Fire Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site activities, supporting installation teams and ensuring all passive fire protection works are completed in accordance with relevant British Standards, manufacturer specifications and third-party accreditation requirements. Key responsibilities include: Supervising fire door installers, carpenters and fire stopping operatives across multiple workstreams. Overseeing fire door installation, maintenance, remedial works and fire stopping activities. Ensuring all works comply with relevant British Standards, BM TRADA Q-Mark requirements and fire safety regulations. Reviewing and undertaking fire door surveys and inspections where required, ensuring accurate reporting and recommendations.
