Site / Project Manager Sector: Passive Fire Protection Location: London and Surrounding Areas Salary: £50,000 £55,000 per annum (depending on experience) Job Type: Permanent The Opportunity We are recruiting an experienced Site / Project Manager to join an established passive fire protection contractor, overseeing a diverse portfolio of projects across London. The workload includes major commercial developments, hospital environments, social housing and long-term frameworks. The ideal candidate will have at least five years'' experience managing passive fire protection projects, with a strong background in fire stopping. They must be confident overseeing both large-scale construction projects and smaller reactive works. Knowledge of fire doors and other passive fire protection disciplines would be advantageous. Projects and Workload The successful candidate will oversee a varied portfolio of projects, including: Major commercial office developments. Passive fire protection installations. Hospital and healthcare environments. Social housing projects and maintenance works. Long-term client frameworks and contracts. Smaller reactive and remedial works. Key Responsibilities Manage the delivery of passive fire protection projects across London, overseeing programme, quality, health and safety and client expectations.
