The Role Manage fire door and fire stopping projects across social housing contracts. Oversee project delivery, ensuring works are completed safely, on time and within budget. Coordinate site teams, subcontractors and clients. Monitor project progress, quality and commercial performance. Ensure compliance with relevant fire safety standards and regulations. Manage projects across the Milton Keynes and Watford areas. Requirements Essential experience within the social housing sector. Proven experience managing fire door and fire stopping contracts.
