Site Manager - Industrial & Logistics Projects

PSR Solutions are currently recruiting for experienced Site Managers to work on a number of upcoming industrial and logistics projects across the UK, starting in January.

Projects range from -5m upwards, with durations of approximately 6 months+, involving warehouse refurbishments, mezzanine floor installations and structural alterations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard.

• Manage subcontractors, site teams and daily activities.

• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and site procedures.

• Monitor project programmes, progress and quality of works.

• Liaise with Project Managers, clients and subcontractors.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Site Manager on industrial, logistics or warehouse projects.

• Experience delivering refurbishment, fit-out or structural works.

• Valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications.

• Strong communication and subcontractor management skills.

• Willingness to travel and work away from home when required, particularly for permanent positions.
