Job Vacancy: Site Manager Location: Hatfield, Hertfordshire (Scattered Properties ) Sector: Social Housing / Planned Maintenance and Property Refurbishment Position: Site Manager The Role We are currently seeking an experienced and proactive Site Manager to oversee a scattered properties project based in Hatfield, delivering a programme of planned maintenance and improvement works to domestic dwellings within the social housing sector. The successful candidate will have proven experience managing works across multiple occupied and potentially vacant residential properties, rather than working from a single fixed site. Previous experience within social housing and, importantly, managing scattered properties is essential. Scope of Works The project will involve a variety of planned maintenance and improvement works to domestic properties, including: Cavity wall insulation. Flat roof porch installations and refurbishment. Loft insulation. Kitchen and bathroom extractor fan installations. Drainage works and associated repairs. General property maintenance and associated improvement works. Key Responsibilities You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards, whilst maintaining excellent communication with residents, clients and subcontractors.
