HV/LV SITE MANAGER Didcot Area Permanent Power and Electrical Infrastructure Projects Jonta Recruitment is working with a growing electrical infrastructure business seeking an experienced HV/LV Site Manager to support the delivery of major power and electrical infrastructure projects across the region. THE ROLE This is a 100% site-based position managing the safe and efficient delivery of multiple HV and LV electrical infrastructure projects. You will take ownership of day-to-day site operations, lead electrical and multidisciplinary teams, coordinate subcontractors and ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to the required standards. Key Responsibilities: Managing day-to-day site operations across HV and LV electrical infrastructure projects. Leading electrical operatives, subcontractors and specialist contractors. Coordinating electrical, civil engineering and mechanical work packages. Reviewing RAMS, ensuring CDM compliance and maintaining high site safety standards. Planning labour, materials and resources, monitoring progress and reporting to project management teams.
