With a close-knit team of around 30 people, this is a business where site teams have a real voice. You''ll work closely with the Contracts Manager and Directors and take full ownership of your projects from start on site through to handover. The business The company delivers projects predominantly across the residential, healthcare and student accommodation sectors, with typical project values from £1m to £11m. Most projects are delivered on a design and build basis, and the business also offers a full turnkey service, from land acquisition and planning through to construction and handover. It holds places on established public sector frameworks, giving it a strong and secure forward order book.
