We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading US law firm, to assist them in their search for a new Technology Support Specialist. This is a full-time, permanent position in their expanding, collaborative London office, to provide desk-side technology customer support, and to assist with broader strategic projects and operational activities.Responsibilities will include:Monitoring the IT helpdesk ticketing system to ensures requests can be resolved in a timely manner. Troubleshooting hardware and software issues through deskside support. Assisting with application support for desktop and mobile devices. Participating in pre-pilots and reporting findings. Assisting with physical support for infrastructure. Creating, editing, and maintaining knowledge base articles. Adhering to IT policies and procedures and recommending changes. Collaboratively working with colleagues throughout the firm. Participating in projects, as necessary.
