What You''ll Be Doing Providing hands-on technical and functional support for the CRM platform (e.g., Dynamics 365). Managing CRM environments, configurations, and deployments to ensure stability and consistency. Supporting CI/CD pipelines for CRM code, customisations, and integrations - including deployment steps, release notes, and solution management. Strengthening security across environments through role-based access, data protection, and patching. Monitoring performance, resolving incidents, and proactively preventing issues before they impact users. Working closely with DevOps and InfoSec teams to deliver secure, automated, cloud-ready deployments. Maintaining clear, high-quality documentation
