As demand for our platform accelerates, we''re expanding our client-facing technical team with a Lead/Senior Market Data Support Specialist who can operate at depth, command credibility with demanding stakeholders, and take ownership of complex, business-critical environments.The RoleYou''ll be the senior technical authority supporting our enterprise market data platform across multiple Tier-1 banking clients. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role where you''ll troubleshoot low-latency data issues, optimise distribution flows, and work closely with traders, quants, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless delivery of real-time and reference data.You''ll act as the escalation point for major incidents, lead root-cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement across client environments.
