Looking for an Service Charge Advisor to support the delivery of accurate, transparent and value-for-money service charges. Ideally, a hands-on candidate with strong financial and numerical skills, alongside experience in social housing, property management or service charge finance.

The successful candidate will have experience of service charge budget setting, analysing expenditure, monitoring costs against budgets and ensuring charges are correctly allocated and compliant with relevant legislation.
