Rent and Service Charge Officer London Bridge Permanent Circa 40k per annum We are currently partnering with a well-established, resident-managed housing organisation in South London to recruit a Rent and Service Charge Officer. This is an excellent opportunity for a financially capable and analytical individual to join a close-knit Finance team, supporting the accurate management of rental income, financial reconciliations and service charge processes. We are particularly interested in candidates with strong Excel skills, a good understanding of financial processes and the confidence to work independently, take ownership of their workload and demonstrate a proactive approach. Importantly, you do not need previous experience within the housing sector. We welcome applications from candidates with transferable experience in finance, accounts, income management, credit control or a similar financial environment. The Role Reporting to the Management Accountant, you will play an important role in supporting the organisation''s rent accounting, income management and service charge functions.
