This is more than a hands-on shift management position.

As Restaurant Manager, you''ll take overall responsibility for the restaurant''s performance, leading through your Assistant Managers and giving them the support, direction and confidence to succeed.

You''ll be responsible for:

• Leading, coaching and developing your Assistant Managers and wider restaurant team.

• Creating a positive, motivated and high-performing working environment.

• Taking ownership of sales, budgets, labour costs and overall restaurant performance.

• Delivering excellent food quality, presentation and customer service.

• Maintaining the highest standards of food safety, hygiene and health and safety.

• Managing recruitment, training, performance and succession planning.

• Overseeing stock control, ordering, rotas and operational efficiency.

• Identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience and increase sales.

• Working closely with the wider management team to ensure the restaurant continues to thrive.

You''ll have the freedom to make a real difference, develop your people and take pride in running a successful restaurant.

We''re looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager who genuinely enjoys leading people and delivering great hospitality.

You''ll ideally have:

• Experience as a Restaurant Manager, General Manager or equivalent.

• A proven track record of leading and developing successful teams.

• Strong commercial awareness, including budgeting, labour costs and stock control.

• A passion for great food, excellent service and customer satisfaction.

• Confidence managing people, solving problems and making decisions.

• Good knowledge of food hygiene, allergens and health and safety.

• Level 2 and Level 3 Food Safety qualifications.

• Strong organisational, communication and IT skills.

Experience in restaurants, caf-s, garden centre hospitality or other quality food-led environments would be welcome.
