Rhubarb Recruitment is recruiting an Assistant Restaurant Manager or Restaurant Manager for a boutique hotel in Stirling, comprising a 40-cover AA Rosette standard restaurant and 10 premium en-suite guest rooms.

The Role

Working alongside the ownership team, you will lead restaurant service, oversee service standards and play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

This is a hands-on position requiring someone who is confident running service with a small front-of-house team and comfortable taking ownership of the restaurant floor.

The Candidate

You may currently be working as an Assistant Restaurant Manager, Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager, Restaurant Supervisor or Duty Manager within a quality hotel, restaurant or hospitality business.

You will have:

• Previous restaurant supervisory or management experience
• Strong customer service and leadership skills
• A warm, personable and approachable style
• Confidence leading service and building guest relationships
• A genuine passion for hospitality

Flexibility

This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week contract, with options to work your hours over 4 or 5 days per week.
