We are seeking a compassionate and experienced

Interim Registered Manager

to provide leadership and continuity at an elderly nursing home in

Buckinghamshire

while they recruit a permanent Home Manager.

This is a vital short-term role for someone who can hit the ground running, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and team morale during a transitional period. You''ll oversee day-to-day operations, support staff, liaise with families and external stakeholders, and maintain a safe, nurturing environment for residents.

What You''ll Be Doing:Lead and manage the home in accordance with CQC standardsProvide stability and guidance to the care teamEnsure clinical excellence and person-centred careMaintain robust safeguarding and governance proceduresSupport the recruitment and onboarding of the permanent managerWhat we are looking for:Proven experience managing elderly care or nursing homesStrong leadership and communication skillsImmediate availability for a 3-month contractA calm, confident presence during times of change
