Salary: Up to £62,500 | Full-Time | Permanent

Join a well-established and leading care organisation dedicated to delivering high-quality, person-centred care. I am currently seeking a passionate and driven Care Home Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a medium-sized residential care home near Sittingbourne, Kent.

About the Role:

As Care Home Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the home, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations, promoting a safe and caring environment, and leading a dedicated team to deliver exceptional standards of care.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the care home, ensuring high standards of care are maintained

Lead, motivate, and manage a multidisciplinary team

Ensure compliance with all CQC requirements and company policies

Deliver and sustain a Good or Outstanding CQC rating

Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external professionals

Manage budgets, staffing, and resources efficiently

Requirements:

Must be a Registered Manager with previous experience in a similar role

Strong working knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance

Proven track record of achieving or maintaining a Good CQC rating

Experience managing a medium-sized care home (ideally)

Solid understanding of dementia care best practices

Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
