They are seeking an experienced Multi-Trade Operative to join a busy social housing maintenance team operating across Sititngbourne and surrounding areas. What You''ll Be Doing Carry out responsive repairs and general maintenance within social housing properties. Complete a range of multi-trade works, including; carpentry, plumbing, plastering/patch repairs, tiling, painting/decorating, general building maintenance Diagnose faults and identify appropriate repair solutions. Complete jobs efficiently and to a high standard. Maintain a clean and safe working environment. Liaise professionally with residents and provide excellent customer service. Complete job sheets, photographs and other required paperwork accurately. Work safely and comply with relevant health and safety procedures. Ensure all work meets company, client and industry standards. Carry out work across occupied and void social housing properties.
