Position: Multi-Trade Operative
Hours: 42.5 hours per week (Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm)
Location: Dartford
Start Date: ASAP
Rate: -23.50/hour on UMB (Temp to perm)

Role Overview:
We''re looking for a skilled and versatile Multi-Skilled Operative to join a busy responsive repairs contract. Maintenance across multiple trades, including plumbing, carpentry, plastering, tiling, and decorating, ensuring residents'' homes, Social Housing remain safe and functional.

Requirements:

• Valid UK Manual Driving License (DL)
• DBS Check (we will process at offer stage)
