This is a varied role where you will work across different properties and contracts, adapting to different environments while delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance for residents.The Role You will carry out a range of multi-trade repairs and maintenance works across occupied and void properties, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.Your responsibilities will include: Carrying out multi-trade repairs including carpentry, plumbing, patch plastering, tiling, decorating and basic flooringDiagnosing faults and completing repairs right first time wherever possibleUndertaking responsive repairs, void works and remedial maintenanceWorking safely in line with risk assessments, method statements and company proceduresRecording job details, materials and completion notes using handheld devices/job management systemsLiaising professionally with residents and reporting any access issues, safeguarding concerns or additional worksMaintaining tools, equipment and van ..... full job details .....
