HR ManagerHours: Full-time Location: High Barnett, London hybrid working (typically three days in the office and two days remotely) Reports to: Senior Leadership Team Role Purpose We are seeking an experienced, proactive Head of HR to lead and develop our HR function as this growing service business goes through significant growth This is a hands-on leadership role requiring someone who can develop and implement effective HR strategies, policies, and systems to support business growth and scalability. The successful candidate will take ownership of all key HR functions, ensuring we have the right people, processes, and structures in place to support an expanding workforce. We are looking for someone who can work strategically while also being prepared to get involved in the day-to-day operational delivery of HR. Key Responsibilities HR Strategy and Organisational Growth Recruitment and Retention Develop and lead a recruitment strategy to support future expansion. Policies, Compliance and Employee Relations Take ownership of HR policies, including bullying and harassment, grievances, disciplinary procedures, and performance management. Ensure HR practices comply with UK employment legislation. Manage complex employee relations matters and provide advice to managers. Work with relevant colleagues to support safeguarding, health and safety, and other compliance requirements where appropriate.
