HR MANAGER: We are looking for an experienced, people-focused HR Manager to lead the day-to-day HR and recruitment activities within a growing organisation. This is a standalone HR position and therefore very hands-on, so will be suited to someone who can combine strong HR knowledge with a practical, approachable style. You will work closely with employees, managers and the senior leadership team, providing advice, managing employee relations and helping to develop a positive and engaging workplace culture. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE HR MANAGER: Manage the full employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding through to performance management and leavers / exit interviews and other associated ER activities. Manage employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, redundancies, absence and performance issues. Develop and maintain HR policies, processes and procedures. Lead and support recruitment, including job descriptions, interviews, offers and onboarding and inductions. Manage performance reviews and appraisal processes. Support learning, development and training initiatives. Monitor employee engagement, retention, wellbeing and workplace culture. Ensure compliance with employment legislation and HR best practice. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR systems. Produce HR reports and provide people-related insight to senior management.
