Customer Service Adviser (Insurance)
A well-established local Insurance agency is looking for a Customer Service Adviser to join their friendly, growing team. This is a busy, customer-facing role where you''ll support existing clients, handle enquiries, provide quotations and help identify opportunities to cross-sell where appropriate.What you''ll be doingHandling incoming calls and emails and providing a great customer experienceProviding motor and home insurance quotations and converting quotes into new businessProcessing policy changes, updates and general insurance transactionsSupporting renewals and helping retain existing customersSpotting opportunities to cross-sell additional products and introduce customers to a Financial Adviser when relevantKeeping customer records up to date on the CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics)Supporting proactive outbound activity to generate new opportunitiesWhat we''re looking forExperience in motor and home insurance (commercial exposure is a bonus, but not essential)Confident, friendly communication skills (phone, email and face-to-face)A genuine "can-do" attitude and pride in delivering excellent serviceOrganised, reliable and able to manage your own workload and deadlinesComfortable using IT systems/CRM and happy learning new products and processesMinimum 5 GCSEs (or equivalent), including Maths and EnglishBenefitsFull training and development (technical + sales skills)Support with CII qualificationsSupportive, friendly team environment25 days holiday + bank holidaysFree par
