Key Responsibilities Assist the Site Manager with the day-to-day management of site operations. Ensure works are carried out safely and in accordance with company health and safety procedures. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors to ensure productivity and quality standards are achieved. Monitor progress against programme and report any issues or delays. Carry out quality inspections and snagging throughout the construction process. Support the management of material deliveries, logistics, and site housekeeping. Assist with site inductions, toolbox talks, and safety inspections. Maintain accurate site records, reports, and photographic evidence.
