Mechanical Site Manager – 12 months – Peckham, London – Start October 2026 – £320 per day

Morson Group are seeking a Mechanical Site Manager on a freelance basis to work on a long-term project in Peckham, South-East London.

This is a freelance role (available mid October 2026 onwards) and is expected to last for the duration of the project which will be around 12 months, due to complete Autumn 2027. Site based Monday to Friday, the selected candidate will be a key team member running a de-carbonisation scheme on a leisure centre.

The pay rate for this job is expected to be £320 per day based on working 7.30 – 5.00 Monday to Thursday and 7.30 – 3.00 on Fridays. Overtime maybe available as the project progresses. Payment is weekly and can be CIS self -employed.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing all elements of the mechanical works, specifically installing air and water source heat pumps, AHU replacement and connecting prefabricated plant rooms.

It is necessary for candidates to possess technical qualifications, including SMSTS / CSCS for site management and have a mechanical trade background,
