The role involves collaborating with colleagues, families, and involved professionals to ensure a coordinated and consistent service. You will provide respectful personal care, practical and emotional support in addition to having the flexibility to work shifts over weekends and bank holidays. Developing and sustaining warm and trusting relationships with service users is key. Shifts are available during the day and for waking nights. A minimum of twelve months previous experience in support work is essential for this role.
