Hays are currently recruiting for an experienced Housing Support Worker on a temporary basis for up to 6 weeks, based in Stafford. This is a full-time role to start as soon as possible.Your new role Conduct risk and needs assessments, safety planning, and support planning with individuals who require housing support.Advocate on behalf of clients with external agencies.Address housing-related issues, improve quality of life, and promote independence.Co-create and review support plans with service users, ensuring individual needs and goals are met. What you''ll need to succeed Relevant experience in housing support, social work, or related fields.Knowledge of housing legislation, benefits, and support services.Excellent communication and advocacy skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
