Important Information This is a female-only role due to the specific needs of the individuals our client supports. This requirement is in line with Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010 and constitutes a genuine occupational requirement. This is a community-based outreach position where you will support individuals in their own homes and out in the community. Support is delivered in structured block hours, promoting consistency and meaningful engagement.
