Production Manager Location: Warrington Salary: £50,000 per annum (Negotiable) Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Overview We are seeking an experienced and proactive Production Manager to lead and oversee manufacturing operations within a busy joinery and woodworking environment. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring production targets are achieved safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving operational performance, developing production teams, improving manufacturing processes, and ensuring customer expectations are consistently exceeded. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage daily production operations to achieve output, quality, and delivery targets. Ensure production schedules are planned and executed effectively. Monitor and improve productivity, efficiency, and overall manufacturing performance. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across production processes. Ensure all products are manufactured to required quality standards and specifications. Work closely with planning, procurement, and other departments to achieve operational objectives.
