This is a hands-on role focused on driving operational performance, improving production processes, and ensuring the delivery of a safe, stable and efficient production plan. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting production teams, improving performance metrics, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the operation. Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support production teams to ensure daily output targets are achieved safely and efficiently.Drive improvements in customer delivery performance, product quality, manufacturing costs, and inventory management.Manage production planning activities, ensuring labour, materials and equipment are aligned to operational requirements.Monitor and improve key performance indicators including On Time Delivery, First Pass Yield, productivity and inventory accuracy.Lead root cause investigations and implement sustainable corrective actions to resolve quality and operational issues.Coach and develop Production Supervisors and wider production teams, promoting accountability ..... full job details .....
