We are seeking dedicated, compassionate, and reliable Complex Care Support Workers to join a care package supporting a client in Thaxted, Essex.

The client has complex healthcare needs, including:

• Transverse Myelitis
• Deteriorating spinal condition
• Paralysis
• Bowel care requirements
• Reduced mobility and dependence on support with daily living activities

• Providing personal care and support with activities of daily living
• Delivering bowel care in line with care plans and training provided
• Supporting with repositioning and pressure area care
• Assisting with transfers and mobility needs
• Monitoring wellbeing and reporting concerns appropriately
• Promoting independence and social engagement
• Maintaining accurate care records

• Previous experience working within complex care settings
• Experience supporting clients with neurological conditions, spinal injuries, or paralysis is desirable
• Confident delivering personal care
• Excellent communication skills
• Compassionate, reliable, and professional approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a wider care team

• Immediate start available
