We are recruiting an experienced Registered Nurse (RGN/RN) to join a dedicated team supporting an individual with complex healthcare needs in their own home in Ipswich.

This is an excellent opportunity for a compassionate and clinically skilled nurse who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care within a community setting.

The successful candidate will have experience supporting individuals with:

• Tracheostomy care and management
• Bariatric/obesity care
• Hoist transfers and moving & handling
• Complex care packages within a home environment
• Respiratory monitoring and emergency response
• Clinical observations and risk assessment

• Deliver safe, effective nursing care in line with individual care plans.
• Manage and monitor tracheostomy care, including emergencies.
• Support all aspects of personal care and clinical interventions.
• Administer medications as prescribed.
• Work as part of a 2:1 care team to ensure the highest standards of support.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation.
• Liaise effectively with family members and multidisciplinary professionals.

? Current NMC Registration
? Previous complex care nursing experience
? Experience with tracheostomy care
? Experience supporting individuals with obesity/bariatric needs
? Competent in hoisting and moving & handling techniques
? Strong communication and clinical assessment skills
? Reliable, compassionate and professional approach
