You will play a key role in delivering high-quality clinical care to patients with complex medical needs, ensuring their health, safety and wellbeing are maintained at all times.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver high-quality nursing care to patients with complex and long-term medical conditions.Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualised patient care plans.Manage patients with multiple health conditions and complex clinical needs.Administer medication and treatments in line with prescribed care plans and clinical guidelines.Monitor patients'' conditions, identify deterioration and escalate concerns appropriately.Undertake clinical observations and assessments.Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation.Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.Support patients with chronic illnesses, physical disabilities and ongoing healthcare requirements.Ensure all clinical practices comply with relevant policies, procedures and NMC standards.Promote patient dignity, confidentiality and safeguarding within the prison environment.Essential RequirementsRegistered General Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC PIN.Previous experience in complex care nursing.Strong clinical assessment ..... full job details .....
