Electrical Project Manager - PharmaceuticalSurrey 325- 375 per day (Outside IR35)9-Month ContractPharmaceutical ProjectThe OpportunityWe are recruiting on behalf of an established MandE contractor looking to appoint an experienced Electrical Project Manager for a technically demanding pharmaceutical project in Surrey.This is a 9-month contract opportunity paying 325- 375 per day Outside IR35, offering the chance to take ownership of the electrical package on a high-specification building services project.The successful candidate will manage the electrical works through installation, testing, commissioning and final handover, working closely with the client, consultants, specialist subcontractors and wider MEP team.The RoleAs Electrical Project Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day management and delivery of the electrical package.You will oversee site teams and specialist subcontractors while managing technical coordination, programme, procurement, quality and commissioning.Given the nature of the project, particular emphasis will be placed on quality, technical compliance, documentation and successful commissioning.Key ResponsibilitiesTake responsibility for the delivery of the electrical packageManage Electrical Site Managers, Supervisors and specialist subcontractorsOversee electrical installations including power, lighting, containment and associated systemsManage project programmes, short-term planning and key milestonesReview electrical drawings, ..... full job details .....
