Are you an experienced Project Manager with a track record of delivering façade remediation, cladding replacement, and external envelope projects

We are working with a well-established specialist contractor seeking a Project Manager to take full responsibility for a £5 million façade remediation scheme in Sunbury-on-Thames. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a high-profile project from inception through to completion, ensuring delivery on programme, budget, quality, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overall management of a £5m façade remediation project.
• Leading site teams, subcontractors, and supply chain partners.
• Managing programme delivery and project milestones.
• Ensuring strict compliance with health & safety regulations.
• Liaising with clients, consultants, residents, and key stakeholders.
• Monitoring project costs, variations, and commercial performance.
• Driving quality standards and ensuring works are completed to specification.
• Producing progress reports and attending client meetings.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering façade remediation, cladding, envelope, or major refurbishment projects.
• Strong technical understanding of façade systems and remediation works.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing projects from pre-construction through to handover.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams while maintaining programme targets.
