Are you a dynamic Senior Project Manager with a passion for driving client transitions and overseeing complex implementations? Our client, a leading player in the Financial Services sector, is seeking an exceptional candidate to join their Client Implementation Practise in London. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the onboarding of strategic Asset Servicing clients and deliver outstanding results across a broad range of solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee multiple work streams with a high degree of risk and impact.
• Provide comprehensive project management support to stakeholders, ensuring the establishment of an effective operational model.
• Design and implement onboarding plans for clients transitioning to strategic platforms and operating models.
• Develop project management plans, schedule activities, and manage meetings to accomplish defined project objectives.
• Monitor and control project performance, analyse variances, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing leadership, guidance, and motivation to team members.
• Leverage extensive project management expertise to execute strategic client onboarding successfully.
• Remain flexible and adaptable to changes in project scope and requirements.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Proven experience in client transitions and change management within the financial sector.
• Authoritative project management knowledge with a track record of managing large, complex projects.
• Expertise in Asset Servicing, regulatory knowledge, and industry fundamentals.
• Strong organisational and analytical skills, with exceptional leadership and communication abilities.
• A relevant college or university degree, or equivalent work experience in project management.
• Demonstrated experience in change initiatives across operations, IT, and product development.
• Knowledge of Snowflake, data warehouses, or similar data platform technologies is a plus.
