Key Responsibilities for the People Business Partner: Talent and Onboarding Lead end-to-end recruitment across office and retail functions. Partner with managers on hiring needs and workforce planning. Deliver a compliant, values-led onboarding experience. People Operations and ER Manage the employee lifecycle, including contracts, offboarding and policy updates. Act as the first point of contact for managers on HR and employee relations matters. Provide fair, consistent case management and practical advice. Business Partnering and Performance Coach managers to build strong people management capability. Support performance reviews, feedback and development planning. Contribute to succession planning and career development.
