Customer Service Executive
Think Specialist Recruitment are pleased to be working with a leading organisation based on the outskirts of St Albans. This company have an exciting opportunity for a candidate with previous experience within customer service to join their business working within a team of 4. This opportunity would suit someone with previous office based customer service experience, as well as someone who is a good team player. Salary - 27,000 - 30,000 depending on experience Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm - Office based Some of the duties will include: Handling customer enquiries through tickets and emails within a timely mannerProcessing customer returns and sales ordersResolving customer issues professionally through to resolutionWorking with other departments to enhance customer serviceWorking with suppliers to deal with product returns, tracking the status of returns and exchangesEnsuring prompt ordering of replacement stock through internal systemPrepare and maintain documentation for returns including shipping labelsWorking with internal teams to find suitable replacement for productsMonitor department inbox to ensure timely response to customer enquiries The suitable candidate: Previous experience within customer serviceFamiliar with supplier returns proceduresGreat written and verbal communication skillsHigh level of attention to detailGreat team player with the ability to work independentlyStrong organisational skills Looking for the next step in your career?
