Role Overview

• Hours: 8.45am - 5:30pm
• Location: London Bridge
• Working Model: Fully on-site, Monday - Friday
• Contract: Temporary, 3 months
• Pay: £115-£116 per day

What You''ll Be Doing

• Engage with customers and clients to address any queries relating to services and offer empathetic and thoughtful support.
• Accurately documenting customer interactions on CRM systems, while maintaining strict confidentiality.
• Develop a deep industry knowledge to accurately guide customers towards the right products and services with clarity and confidence.
• Handling customer concerns with sensitivity, escalating cases where appropriate.
• Sharing customer feedback to help enhance services and improve the overall experience.
• Collaborating with colleagues to uphold a high standard of service and contribute to team-wide insights.
