Manpower is recruiting a Welsh Speaking Switchboard Operator on behalf of our public sector client.Location: Pontyclun Contract: Temporary Duration: 3-6 monthsHours: 30 hours per week. Shifts are 12 hours in duration. You will work three shifts across a seven day rota, including days, evenings, nights, weekends and Bank Holidays.Pay Rates: Weekdays 12.70 per hour Saturdays and nights 17.91 per hour Sundays and Bank Holidays 23.24 per hourThe Role You will be the first point of contact, providing a responsive and professional switchboard and information service on a 24 hour basis. This is a fast paced role where remaining calm, using sound judgement and adapting quickly are essential to keeping services running smoothly.
