ARRS Salaried GP

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated GP to join our friendly and supportive PCN for 4-6 sessions per week.Contract based on BMA contract.Salary 11k per session.Holiday entitlement - 6 weeks plus one study week per annum pro rataInclusion in the NHS PensionTier 2 visa (if needed)Main duties of the job

Work in accordance with the practices timetablesThe delivery of highly effective medical care to the PCN populationEffective management of long-term conditionsProcess administration tasks in a timely manner, including referrals, repeat prescription requests and other associated tasksUndertake same day triage (on a rotational basis)Maintain accurate clinical records in conjunction with good practice, policy and guidanceWork collaboratively, accepting an equal share of the practice workloadEnsure best practice following clinical guidelines, policies and practice protocolsContribute to QOF requirements with accurate record keeping and codingAttend and contribute effectively to practice meetings as requiredContribute effectively to the development of the practice including clinical governance, training, financial management and HREnsure compliance with the appraisal processPrepare and complete the revalidation processDedicated to self-learning and continuing professional developmentSupport the partners in achieving the strategic aims of the practiceEnsure effective team workingHome visits as requiredPerson Specification
Experience
- Good organisational and IT skills and knowledge of EMIS Web, Docman, AccuRx, MS Teams.- Excellent interpersonal and team working skills- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, including accurate documentation of clinical notes.- Able to work autonomously and as part of multidisciplinary team.- Clear commitment to delivering quality and patient focused services.- Record of on-going CPD and learning.- Experience of working in urgent care and, or a primary care environment- Experience of dealing with a range of clinical conditions and providing home visits- Proven ability to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of own clinical practice.- Experience with Accurx triageQualifications
- Current registration with GMC and NHS performers list (with no conditions preventing working or restrictions on practice) and engaged in regular clinical work- MRCGP examination or equivalent experience.- Driving LicenseDisclosure and Barring Service Check
