ARR''s Salaried GP

OverviewThe post holder will join our Primary Care Services as a key member of the practice team and will fully contribute to the delivery of the service. This is a salaried GP vacancy offered under the Additional Roles Reimbursement Scheme (ARRS).
Responsibilities
Work across the Vertical Integration Practices as part of the Primary Care Directorate at Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust (RWT).
Contribute to delivering high-quality patient care and developing new models of Primary Care provision through Vertical Integration.
Collaborate with administrative and nursing staff to maintain a supportive working environment for the team.
Engage with management and clinicians across the organisation to plan and implement service improvements and changes aimed at improving patient care in the community.
Participate in GP indemnity arrangements under the RWT hospital scheme for GMS work and utilise paid time for study and CPD.
About the role and organisationWe are part of the Primary Care Directorate at RWT NHS Trust, enabling closer collaboration with managers and decision-makers. The PCN is open to new ideas and is developing a new model of Primary Care provision through Vertical Integration. The Trust is committed to flexible working arrangements and will consider all requests for flexible working.
Qualifications and requirements
Newly qualified GP (within the last two years) without a substantive post.
Must be within 2 years of completing Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT).
Interest in joining a forward-looking team focused on developing Primary Care provision through Vertical Integration.
