Senior Service Delivery Manager - ITIL, CSAT, SLA, SC Clearance Up to £550 per day (Inside IR35) South of London / Hybrid (1-2 days per week onsite) 6 Months My client is a large International Consultancy who are hiring for a Senior Service Delivery Manager with excellent knowledge of ITIL, experience in CSAT and managing as well as delivering to SLAs, to work closely with a key end customer.
