This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Organisational Development professional to play a key role in shaping workforce capability, leadership development, organisational effectiveness and culture across a large, complex organisation undergoing significant transformation and growth. Working closely with senior leaders, transformation teams and wider People Services colleagues, you will support the design and delivery of strategic organisational development initiatives that drive business performance, enhance employee engagement, strengthen leadership capability and ensure the organisation remains future-ready. Key Responsibilities Lead and deliver organisational development initiatives that improve organisational effectiveness, workforce capability and business performance. Support organisational change, transformation and restructuring activities, ensuring smooth implementation and stakeholder engagement. Conduct organisational reviews and diagnostics to identify opportunities for service improvement, structural alignment and increased efficiency.
